So.......I attended a Diageo World Class seminar and I was not disappointed. I learned a couple of trending cocktail techniques that I am going to try out when I get back to work, and I met some awesome people. If you're a working bartender and you're not a member of your local guild, you are seriously cheating yourself. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
