artending and working in the hospitality industry has always been main source of income, but when one of my regulars who asked me if I did private parties, and it seemed fitting that my working knowledge in spirits and my love of creating random things would evolve Southern Pandemonium to also include bartending and private events.

     The love of bartending and the chemistry involved in soaping give me a unique perspective that I apply to my bartending when designing shots and cocktails. I make all own flavored sugars, salts, bitters, tinctures and specialty garnishes with a focus on detail. I have the professional know how, come ready and prepared with everything the staff and I need to serve your event and really make it special.
